“There’s a Place” offers a captivating exploration of the New Zealand landscape, blending memories and imagination into a nostalgic tableau.

As with all of my landscapes, this fictional scene evolved organically on the canvas, revealing the forms of valleys, rivers, and foregrounds along the way.
