Held in the Flow explores the quiet tension between surrender and stillness — the sense of being carried by time, yet rooted in place. The work evokes a moment suspended: where movement continues all around, but something within remains grounded.
It speaks to the rhythms of interruption and return — to the effort of staying present amid life’s many currents. A reflection on what it means to let go without losing yourself, and to keep coming back to the flow, even as time moves on.
